Not an agency

We're not a traditional agency, talent marketplace or freelancer collective. We keep a small production core and work with a wider network of independent creatives, building the right crew around each project and owning the delivery of the work.

Crew per project

Every brief gets its own shape and its own people. Photographers, filmmakers, stylists, designers, producers, casting talent and editors are assembled around the idea, not pulled from a fixed roster or forced through the same in-house team every time.

From concept to wrap

We can be involved from the very start or brought in once a concept already exists. Creative direction, strategy, casting, shoots, content, events and activations. However we get involved, we run production properly and get the work over the line.

Whether you're at the idea stage or already have a concept locked in, we get under the brief and work out what the job actually needs: the scope, the ambition, the timing, and what success looks like when it's done.

No fixed team. Just the right one. We pull together photographers, filmmakers, stylists, designers, producers and whoever else the idea needs from our wider network, building a specialist crew around each project rather than forcing every brief through the same people.

Own the production

We run it from call time to wrap. Creative direction, shoots, content, events, activations and everything in between. You get the work delivered and production handled properly, not a list of freelancers to coordinate yourself.

How do you choose the crew?

No fixed roster forced onto every brief. We keep a small production core, then pull photographers, filmmakers, stylists, designers, producers, casting and editors from a wider network based on the idea, the location and the craft the job needs.

Can you take just one piece of the job?

Yes. Full campaign through to a single production lane. Same rule either way: we own that piece properly, with the right people on it, not a loose intro to someone else's calendar.

Can you pick up a job that's already creatived?

Yes. Bring us in at concept, or once the idea is locked. We'll build the right crew around what's already there and run it to wrap. You shouldn't have to coordinate the freelancers yourself.

What should we send to get started?

Where you are (idea / locked concept), what you're making, when you need it, roughly what success looks like, and any must-haves (talent, locations, deliverables). Rough is fine. We'll come back with what the job needs and whether we're the right fit.

Do you only produce in Oslo?

We're based in Oslo and produce there often, but the crew and the job can travel. If the work needs another city, we build for that. Not everything has to run through Norway.

Who do you work with?

Brands directly, and agencies or in-house teams who need production owned properly. Fashion, sport, hospitality, food and drink, music, lifestyle and culture. If the brief needs a specialist crew and a clean delivery, we're in range.

How does pricing work?

No packages. We scope the brief, build the crew, and price the work it actually takes: days, people, locations, talent, deliverables. You get a clear figure before anyone's booked. Tell us the ceiling and we'll be honest about what fits inside it.

How long does a job take?

Depends on the brief. A tight stills job can move in days; a full campaign or launch needs proper pre-production. In the first conversation we'll say what realistic looks like, not a fake turnaround.
